The purpose of this amendment is to 1) add and incorporate FAR and DOE clauses related to the Service Contract Labor Standards, 2) add and incorporate Wage Determination No. 2015-4281 Revision No. 3 dated 04/08/2016 and, 3) extend the date and time for receipt of offers. 1. The following clauses are incorporated by full text: FAR 52.222-42 Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires (May 2014) In compliance with the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and the regulations of the Secretary of Labor (29 CFR part 4), this clause identifies the classes of service employees expected to be employed under the contract and states the wages and fringe benefits payable to each if they were employed by the contracting agency subject to the provisions of 5 U.S.C. 5341 or 5332. This Statement is for Information Only: Employee Class / Monetary Wage—Fringe Benefits 01420 Survey Worker / $20.03 (End of Clause) DOE-H-2057 Department Of Labor Wage Determinations (OCT 2014) The Contractor’s performance under this contract shall comply with the requirements of the attached U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2015-4281 Revision No. 3 dated 04/08/2016 and the clause at FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires. 3. The solicitation is hereby amended to incorporate the attached Wage Determination No. 2015-4281 Revision No. 3 dated 04/08/2016. 4. The date and time for receipt of offers is extended to 08/24/2016 by 5:00 pm Eastern Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
