Opportunity: SUPPORT FOR SECTION 1222 PROJECT REVIEW

Description 

The Department of Energy (DOE)'s Office of Headquarters Procurement Services on behalf of the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) is soliciting offers to provide specialized transactional legal advice and services. This requirement will assist DOE in evaluating the proposal response to the Federal Register Notice 75 Fed. Reg. 32940, that requested proposals pursuant to DOE’s Section 1222 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16421) to determine if it is a qualifying project. Interested parties must meet all requirements stated in the attached Performance Work Statement. NOTE: All proposal documentation must be submitted by the deadline or earlier through the Fedconnect website. No documentation will be accepted by the Department of Energy if submitted through other means. All interested parties must submit a complete proposal by NO LATER THAN 12:00 am EASTERN TIME ON July 7, 2015. It is suggested that you allow sufficient time for transmission and timely arrival when submitting proposal documentation.
