Description 

The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with Eaton Corporation, 8609 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC, 27615 under the authority of the test program for commercial items at 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(2)(i). The contractor will provide services related to the maintenance and repair of the agency’s Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system at the National Computer Center (NCC) in Baltimore, MD.
