Opportunity: Next Generation Telephony Project (NGTP)

Description 

Project Title: Next Generation Telephony Project (NGTP) This is a request for proposals (RFP). The purpose of this requirement is to establish a procurement vehicle that will provide an agency-wide unified communications (UC) platform. The agency intends to establish a single award Indefinite-delivery/ Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that will cover approximately 126 months (base, plus all option periods). Contractors are encouraged to review the solicitation package in its entirety prior to providing a proposal. This solicitation contains several attachments that are instrumental in understanding the NGTP requirement. It is important for contractors to thoroughly read each attachment in order to comprehend the NGTP requirement. See section D for a list of all attachments. This RFP is subject to the policies and procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Items," FAR part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation," and FAR subpart 16.5. "Indefinite-Delivery Contracts." All inquiries must be received no later than September 4, 2018, 12:00pm EST. All proposals are due no later than October 5, 2018, 12:00 pm EST.
