Opportunity: SAP to replace battery on SN305 MS-325 F mobile solar equipment already in plac

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Land, Enforcement, and Air Division (LEAD), Office of Air and Radiation Procurement Branch (OPB), under the authority of RFO Parts 12, is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order via FedConnect to replace the battery on SN305 MS-325 F. The requirement will be fulfilled by Morro Toro Corporation (other than small business, UEI: ENKHN1AD1JZ8). The total value is $24,156.00. This sole source procurement for the specified requirement is based on the application of RFO 12.201-1 (41 U.S.C. 1901). This notice hereby constitutes a synopsis of this requirement. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time-prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of supporting the Agency’s acquisition workforce. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than Wednesday, October 21, 2026, by 12 p.m. The decision not to complete this proposed contract action is solely within the Government's discretion. Information received will normally be considered to determine whether to conduct competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
