Description

The contractor shall conduct a supplemental remedial investigation (RI) including a baseline human health risk assessment (BHHRA) and a streamlined ecological risk assessment (SLERA). A baseline ecological risk assessment (BERA) may be necessary and will be included as an optional task (incremental order). The contractor shall conduct a feasibility study (FS) for Operable Unit 1 (OU1) in order to evaluate the potential remedy technologies that could be used to address site contaminants (chemicals associated with the previous wood treating operations, and include pentachlorophenol (PCP), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), chromium, and arsenic) and media (soil, surface water, ground water, and sediment).
