Opportunity: Radon-Resistant Construction Practices in New Hous

Description 

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Air and Radiation (OAR) has requested Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), Washington DC to issue this Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government anticipates placing a Hybrid Firm Fixed Price/Time and Materials purchase order with Based and four (4) Option Periods. Interested and qualified potential offerors should submit a Technical and Price quote which demonstrates their ability to obtain a report on radon-resistant construction practices used by home builders in the United States during the 2021 calendar year (01 January – 31 December 2021). This effort will require the Contractor to extract information from existing commercial surveys of home builders, perform an analysis of the survey and develop a report of the results. Please provide any questions by 11:00 AM EST on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, via email to brice.tanya@epa.gov and the electronic copy of the quotation shall be received No Later Than 3:00 PM EST on Monday, March 21, 2022.
