Description 

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Water (OW) is performing a "market search" for large and small businesses in preparation for a future procurement. The EPA is also interested to see if small businesses are capable of meeting this requirement. Information submitted in response to this notice is merely used for internal market research purposes, and no feedback will be offered to the interested parties that submit capability statements. The Office of Water (OW), Immediate Office of the Assistant Administrator (IOAA) for Water, Water Economics Center (WEC) has a recompete requirement to contract 68HE0C18D0001 with a maximum ordering value of $110M. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes OW’s requirement for economic, environmental assessment, regulatory, analytical, technical, and evaluation support to meet the requirements of the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Executive Orders and Statutes, and as appropriate, other environmental statutes and Agency-wide initiatives and policies. Under this requirement, the contractor shall conduct economic and environmental assessment analyses summarized in draft and final reports that provide technical support to OW programs, as well as other EPA program offices responsible for implementing the CWA and the SWDA. These services shall be conducted across the National Water Program and may also include the Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), Office of Land and Emergency Management (OLEM), Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), Office of Research and Development (ORD) and other EPA Regional offices.
