Sources Sought Synopsis Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP): Support for Chemical Screening, Review, And Evaluation of New, Existing, and Safer Choice Chemical Substances This is strictly for market research purposes and not a solicitation announcement. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is performing a "market search" for small businesses in preparation for a future procurement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is for market research to identify capable, qualified small businesses relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services) with a size standard of $15,000,000.00 for the performance of this anticipated procurement. The US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP) has a requirement for technical, regulatory, and advisory support for the following statutes and programs: Toxic Substance Control Act, Pollution Prevention Act, Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act, Residential Lead Based Pain Hazard Act of 1992, and other statutes and programs listed in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates award of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with an ordering period of five (5) years. To help determine if this potential requirement may be set-aside for small business concerns, the government is seeking input from the small business community regarding their interest and capability in performing the tasks reflected in the attached draft PWS. Vendors are encouraged to use the questionnaire contained in this notice (See Submission Instructions and Capability Information). The Government will review qualifications based on the vendor¿s responses with specific emphasis on the vendor¿s ability to perform the Scope of Work described in the draft PWS. Information submitted in response to this notice is used for internal market research purposes only, and no feedback will be offered to the entities that submit capability statements. Submission Instructions and Capability Information The respondent is required to submit its capabilities statement via email to Sean Young at young.sean@epa.gov no later than 5:00p.m. on May 19, 2021. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. A separate synopsis will be issued for the Request for Proposal (RFP) resulting from this sources sought synopsis, which will be preceded by a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The EPA will not reimburse firms responding to this notice for any costs incurred in responding to this Sources Sought or any subsequent exchange of information. All interested firms must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Sources Sought to be considered for the solicitation, if one is posted. The respondent shall, at a minimum, address the following questions regarding its Company Profile and Capability Information. It is highly recommended that the respondent also fill out Attachment 2 ¿ Capability Information. A. Company Profile 1. Company name and address; 2.
