Opportunity: EPA Region 6 START V RFP Amendment No. 7

Region 6 Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) V The purpose of amendment no. 0007 is as follows: 1. To extend the proposal (response) due date to May 16, 2023, 11:00 AM ED (see Standard Form 30 block no. 11); 2. To revise the estimated hours (Est. Hours) in the “Direct Labor Chart” in the Local Provision EPA-L-36-101 Proposal Instructions; 3. To revise the plug figures in the “Other Direct Costs (ODCs) Chart” in the Local Provision EPA-L-36-101 Proposal Instructions; 4. To revise Section J-1 List of Documents, Exhibits, and Other Attachments; 5. To revise and incorporate an "Attachment 6 Cost Proposal (Volume 2) Instruction - DL & ODC Charts (revised)”; and 6. To correct the portion of the instructions in the Local Provision EPA-L-09-101 Submission of Organizational Conflict of Interest Plan from stating offerors shall “As part of their cost proposal,…” to correctly state, “As part of their business proposal (Volume III),…” which aligns with other parts of the RFP instructions. This amendment is supplemental in nature to this RFP. Offerors shall follow replacement instructions herein accordingly. Offerors shall use the revised Attachment 6 Cost Proposal (Volume 2) Instruction - DL & ODC Charts (revised) herein and as mirrored in the revised “Direct Labor Chart” and the “Other Direct Costs (ODCs) Chart” in the RFP replacement page 103 (as found on PDF page 104 of 116 per RFP amendment no. 0006). These changes reflect revised estimated hours and revised estimated ODC plug figures. This revised Attachment 6 herein supplants the previous Attachment 6 version. The revised “Direct Labor Chart” and the revised “Other Direct Costs (ODCs) Chart” herein supplants the previous “Direct Labor Chart” and the revised “Other Direct Costs (ODCs) Chart” charts. Instructions to the offerors regarding the supplemental instructions (e.g., modifying the spreadsheet accordingly) and other RFP instructions remain unchanged. THIS AMENDMENT REVISED THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE.
