IGF::OT::IGF MRG RGS MINNOW SANCTUARY SECURITY PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: Solicitation No. R17PS01410: Middle Rio Grande Minnow Sanctuary Security The Bureau of Reclamation partnered with various federal and state agencies to construct a naturalize channel for the development and research of the Rio Grande Silvery Minnow. The facility is called the Rio Grande Silvery Minnow Sanctuary located at 2323 2nd Street SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102. This location is between the Albuquerque Riverside Drain and the Rio Grande in southwest Albuquerque. Purpose - Reclamation has a need to improve existing facility security for the Rio Grande Silvery Minnow Sanctuary (RGSM) facility. The existing video surveillance system was damaged from vandalism and Reclamation determine that improved monitoring of video systems and addition of security sensors will minimize vandalism impacts to the RGSMS facility. Description - The requirement is to repair, replace, and integrate existing video surveillance system with new components including motion/trip sensors to the security systems for the RGSMS. In addition, the active monitoring of the systems will be performed and if there is a facility alarm the dispatch of security guards to investigate any unauthorized access and work with local/federal authorities to help in prosecution of vandals. ITEMS: 1. Furnish and Install new Video Surveillance System Equipment and Improvements (includes labor, transportation, supplies, materials, sensors, equipment, and other accessories) 2. Provide Video Surveillance Equipment Maintenance for 12 months (includes labor, transportation, supplies, and equipment repairs) 3. Provide 24 hour monitoring of Video Surveillance Systems for 12 months (includes labor, equipment, facilities, and other appropriate costs) 4. Provide Incident/Call Response/Patrol Services for 12 months (includes labor, transportation, equipment, and other appropriate costs) More details will be found in the full specification/SOW when the solicitation is released. PLACE OF DELIVERY: Item shall be installed and services at Bureau of Reclamation, Silvery Minnow Sanctuary located at 2323 2nd Street SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 with an anticipated required delivery date of 30 days after award. COMPETITION: Solicitation R17PS01410 is anticipated to result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order with one Labor Hours line. The requirement shall be procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote. The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions. The complete specifications will be defined in the solicitation documents.
