Description 

The National Park Service has a requirement to supply Inflatable indoor dome planetarium to be utilized as an interpretive tool for the park¿s night sky programming. The NAIC is 712110. The solicitation will be available on or about August 3, 2017 with a closing date for quotes due by August 16, 2017 at 4:00 pm MST. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation are applicable to this acquisition. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The government award will be based on best value. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the SAM database. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for SAM registration is www.sam.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation.
