The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for gravel and rock to (2) different locations for delivery to the National Park Service, Big South Fork National River, 4564 Leatherwood Road Oneida TN 37841. Drop off/delivery locations will be on opposite sides of the Big South Fork NR & NRA. Crusher-run Limestone Gravel, to be delivered to Big South Fork NRRA, West Entrance stockpile area. Provide Price Per TON #4 Rock, to be delivered to Big South Fork NRRA stockpile area near Fentress/Scott county line at Burke Field. Provide Cost Per TON The NAICS code 238910 Site Prep Contractors: Size Standards in millions of dollars $15.0 OR NAICS Code 212312 Crushed and Broken Limestone Mining and Quarrying, Size standards in number of employees 750, OR 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining , Size standards in number of employees 500: OR 212399 All Other Nonmetallic Mineral Mining ; Size standards in number of employees 500: OR 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; Size Standards in millions of dollars $36.5. Including 423320,423320,421320,212319. 100 % Total Small Business Set-Aside This solicitation will result in a contract within a period of (20) days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to provide gravel to multiple locations within the Big South Fork Nat'l River, 4564 Leatherwood Road, Oneida TN 37841. This acquisition consists of price per TON. The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order. Unit of issue is ton. Unit prices quoted shall be per ton and include hauling and stockpiling of ordered materials as indicated below. This project is located in the Big South Fork NR & NRA : attached maps of locations. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34.
