The solicitation is amended as follow: 1. To provide answers to the questions received during the organized site visit held on 8/7/2017 (See Attachment 3_Questions and Answers). 2. A second organized site visit has been scheduled for Friday August 25, 2017 at 09:00 am EDT a) Point of Contact: Name: Tim Hudson eMail: Tim_Hudson@nps.gov Phone# 907-350-8058 b) Participants will meet at: Shell Station 98 Main St. (Route 158, which is off of I-95 exit 264 for Sherman / Patten) Sherman, ME (Participants will convoy from the Shell Station to the proposed work site; the park roads are unpaved logging roads and participants are advised to travel in an off-road or similar vehicle with appropriate ground clearance.) 3. The length of gravel road to be regraded/rehabilitated increased from 8 miles to estimate of 10 miles of existing gravel roads. 4. The scope of work for the repair/replace of one (1) Road Culvert has been revised to meet the Fish & Wildlife approved method (See Attachment 4_Swift Brook Road Culvert Fish and Wildlife Requirement). 5. As a result of the Scope of Work has been revised to reflect changes that were identified after the initial site visit held on 8/7/2017 (see Attachment 5_Revised KAWW SOW Roads_08-16-17) 6. Quoters shall complete Attachment 6_Bid Schedule and submitted with their quote.
