Amendment 000001: Another site visit is scheduled for June 22, 2017 @ 10:00am at the Nez Perce National Recreation Park, Lapwai Creek Bridge, 39063 US Highway 95 in Spalding, Idaho. Also, the response date has been extended to Thursday, June 29, 2017, 4:00pm, PT. No further changes have been made. Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. P17PS01482 is to repair the Lapwai Creek Bridge in the Nez Perce National Historic Park in Spalding Idaho. This work includes the repair of timber deck boards and curbing. The Metal bridge supports and components also require scraping and sanding, followed by painting which is all described in the Request for Quote (RFQ). The project duration is one week. PROJECT LOCATION: Lapwai Creek Bridge, 39063 US Highway 95, Spalding, Idaho (11 miles east of Lewiston, Idaho) DETAILS: This is a best value procurement set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.5. The NAICS code for this project is 237310 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million (average annual gross receipts for the past three years). All work will be performed under a single firm fixed-price construction contract subject to the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction), formerly known as the Davis Bacon Act. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
