Description 

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) P17PS01274. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This requirement is set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 483212 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The work of this project is to establish an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Colorado River logistical services in support of NPS mission driven work conducted by NPS staff, volunteers, or others identified at the Task Order level. This contract will serve as a tool for conducting administrative work and administrative river trips along the Colorado River corridor within Grand Canyon National Park.
