SAND AND GRAVEL EVALUATION FOR BLM SALT LAKE FIELD OFFICE Proposals are being requested for Sand and Gravel Evaluation for the BLM Salt Lake Field Office. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number L17PS01129 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is no longer set aside for small business vendors to allow for more competition. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
