Description 

This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price services contract for Stand Exams and Surveys located in the Bureau of Land Management¿s Roseburg District Office area of responsibility, in Roseburg, OR The performance period is from date of award through 5 years, if all options are exercised. The performance period includes a one-year Base Period and 4 one-year term Option Periods. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The basis of award is the responsible respondent whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price being the only factor considered. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about August 31, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
