This solicitation is being issued as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. All firms or individuals responding to this solicitation must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
