Description 

Amendment 00001 is issued to add the SF-30 since it did not copy over. The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13 and is requesting quote for the procurement of services to repair boiler stacks located in Lacrosse, WI. This solicitation is being issued as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The Size Standard is $15.0 millions of dollars. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. There will be an organized site visit on May 31, 2017 at 1:00 PM The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations and are attached.
