Opportunity: MULTI-LEAF SLIDE GATE

The U. S. Geological Survey, Conte Anadromous Fish Research Center (CAFRC) has a requirement to purchase and install Model 923-DI Multi LEAF Stainless Steel Weir Gate located in Turners Falls, Massachusetts. The contractor who is awarded this contract will be licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts. All materials used in this project will be inspected and approved by the facility manager before use. All work is to be performed in compliance with state and Federal safety regulations. The project shall be completed within 60 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is $25,000 to $100,000. Request for Quote (RFQ) G17PS00536 will be issued on or about 06/05/2017 with written quotes due on or about 06/23/2017. The awarded Contractor will be required to provide payment bond. All contractors submitting proposals will be required to provide a bid bond. A site visit will be held. The date, time, and contact info for the site visit will be in the forthcoming solicitation. CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT FOR MEASUREMENT AND LOCATION. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238290.
