The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services, Region 8 Sacramento, CA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract award on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 13 for Trimble Tablets Rugged PC, Trimble RTK Radios and VSN Network Service. The factory authorized distributer for this geographical area is California Surveying and Drafting Supply, Inc, 4733 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95841 DUNS The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334511 SEARCH, DETECTION,NAVIGATION, GUIDANCE, AERONAUTICAL, AND NAUTICAL SYSTEM AND INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURING 324110 with a size standard of 1250 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly California Surveying and Drafting Supply, Inc as market research indicates they are the only source authorized to provide and service these items at this location. No other solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the government to determine if the party can perform the requirement This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals.
