BLM Audio Visual Update for the BLM Headquarter Office, Grand Junction, Colorado This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This IS NOT a request for proposal or a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge and information of potential qualified firms. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the Government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. There will be no compensation provided for any submissions provided to the Government. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualification of various members of industry, to include Large Businesses, Small Businesses and Not for Profit. The Bureau of Land Management, National Operations Center, Denver, Colorado, is seeking information from qualified, experienced, and interested sources with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully install and update audio/visual infrastructure at the BLM Headquarters Office located at 760 Horizon Drive, Grand Junction, Colorado. The existing Audio/Visual (A/V) infrastructure in the facility was installed more than 10 years ago and is now technologically obsolete. The Government will utilize this information in determining an acquisition strategy. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210-Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million. Please state all of the socio-economic categories in which your company belongs, if any (8(a), Hub-zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned). The requirement shall provide non-personal services, to include, but are not limited to: bringing the current conference room configuration facility up to current Audio/Visual standards as well as provide headroom for a technological path forward. The result will be a facility that combines BLM Audio and Video Conferencing and external media via Satellite or Cable Television while allowing for interactive presentation capabilities. The update will also retain the current ability to separate the room and not lose capabilities. The requirement shall install new system connections, a new High-Definition main room projection system and screen, projector should project up to a 300-inch screen. Install and integrate new VoIP-based audio conferencing solution. Integrate BLM Vidyo-based video conferencing hardware. Integrate external media from either Satellite or Cable television. Ensure none of the Audio/Visual components will require internet connection or connection to the BLM production network, apart from devices used for conferencing.
