Description 

This Special Notice is being issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services (OJS), District V, 2021 4th Avenue North, Suite 406, Billings, Montana 59101 to Award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price Contracts pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to the Community Education Center in Casper, Wyoming for Adult Inpatient Treatment Detention Services. This is not a Request for Proposal nor a Request for Information. A Sole Source Award will be made to the Community Education Center in Casper, Wyoming. The general scope of service is for adult arrestee(s)/inmates(s) who have been arrested, awaiting transport, awaiting adjudication, serving sentences after conviction, awaiting release rom custody as a result of having been arrested or convicted of criminal violations occurring within District V jurisdiction. The rate charged is a daily rate that has been established by CEC and the Agency. The Bureau of Indian Affairs will be awarding a one year contract from September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019.
