This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations. The Solicitation No. is A17PS000875 and is a Request for Quotations. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95,January 13,2017. Haskell Indian Nations University, Property has a requirement for: Clin 010 - (5) UTVs with Cab Systems The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336112, Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS: Please review the requirements carefully and submit quotes with specifications that meet or exceed the originals. Please complete DIAR 1452.280-4 Indian Economic Enterprise Representation (included in clauses). ATTACHMENTS: 1. All quotes are due July 14, 2017, by 5:00pm Central Standard time and should include the following; 1. Quote 2. Vendor specifications for proposed items. 3. DIAR 1452.280-4, certifying that you met the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise. AWARD: Contractors are obligated to quote on all lines. Quote should include specifications for each piece of equipment to determine that they meet or exceed what is specified. Selection will be based on LPTA. DELIVERY: All equipment to be delivered to Riverside Indian School ATTN: Facilities 101 Riverside Dr. Anadarko, OK 73005 POINT OF CONTACT for delivery will be Patti Huntinghorse, 405-247-4164. Expected date of delivery shall be stated on the bid schedule for each piece of equipment. FAR 52.212-2 ¿ EVALUATION ¿ COMMERCIAL ITEMS (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach; the Government will award to the lowest priced offeror that is determined to meet or exceed the specifications. FAR 52.212-3 ¿ OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS ¿ COMMERCIAL ITEMS The offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) Web site accessed through http://www.acquisition.gov .
