LABS SERVICES TELEDYNE This solicitation is being advertised as a noncompetitive sole source solicitation because there is only one responsible source capable of delivering the unique highly specialized supplies and services and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for Teledyne Service Agreement. Teledyne shall be used for technical support, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment for the Resource Management Office employees. Teledyne is the only company with access to performance verified component parts, software, and technical support to maintain the original operating specifications. Teledyne is the only company that can maintain and calibrate the units while maintaining factory warranties. Therefore, this is the only company that the Government can purchase this service agreement from. In addition, no other vendor can guarantee the accuracy and factory calibration of Teledyne equipment within the Resource Management Office The NAICS for this action is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Which has a small business size standard of $20.5 million dollars. Award is anticipated in September 2018. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, capability statement, proposal, explanation and evidence as to how your company will manage Teledyne service agreements that are otherwise proprietary by Sunday, September 16, 2018 which shall be considered by the agency.
