Description 

Alan Bible Visitor Center Grounds Renovation, Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Work includes renovate the existing Entry Plaza, the existing two Botanical Gardens, and the existing outer Nature Walkways. This project will bring these concrete public walkways compliant with current accessibility standards, upgrading and modernization of the existing irrigation system, expansion and improvement of the existing drainage system, replacement of the robusta palms with date palms, and replacement and upgrading of the plant materials in the demonstration gardens. The outer Nature Walkways will be upgraded with a new stabilized crushed granite walking surface. At various locations additional seating will be provide and new/additional interpretive displays so visitors can relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Amendment 0005 extends the proposal due date from 7/20/18 to 7/24/18.
