The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to repair and prepare asphalt pavement roads and associated work at the Otter Creek Campground on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Location of project: Otter Creek Campground, Bedford, VA, 24523, Amherst County TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $100,000 to $250,000. Period of Performance 7/1/2020 to 11/30/2020 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
