Purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the period of performance FROM: 7/15/2019:: TO: 7/23/2019 5:00 pm EST. No other change. The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Painting of the Interiors and Re-Finish Floors in all (4) Historic Buxton CCC Cabins, located Cape Hatteras National Seashore located on Cabin Road in Buxton NC, 27920. The four historic cabins are located on Cabin Road in Buxton NC. The units originally built in the 1930s as housing for members of the Civilian Conservation Corps; the cabins listed on the National Historic Registry and treated to historic architectural standards of practice when repairs and renovations are required. Contractor SHALL prepare and repaint the existing painted wood and drywall interiors and re-finish floors in all four Historic Buxton CCC cabins. Work includes all painted surfaces including trim, casework, millwork. Re-finishing of hardwood floors. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price:: (1) Base Item, AND (3) Option Items. This proposed acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set Aside for Small Business Concerns, The Classification Code for this procurement is North American Industry System Code (NAICS) 238320 Painting and Wall Covering Contractors Size Standards in millions of dollars $15.0: 238330 Flooring Contractors Size Standards in millions of dollars $15.0: 236118 Residential Remodelers Size Standards in millions of dollars $36.5: AND 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors Size Standards in millions of dollars $15.0(13) CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will result in a contract with a base period of 90 days.
