**** Acknowledge this amendment when submitting the proposal. **** The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Add FAR clause 52.204-23, Prohibition on Contracting for Hardware, Software, and Services Developed or Provided by Kaspersky Lab and Other Covered Entities (Jul 2018); 2) Add FAR clause 52.209-13, Violation of Arms Control Treaties or Agreements-Certification (June 2018); and 3) Respond to an interested party's question - Q1. In SECTION 07 31 30 - WOOD SHINGLE ROOF, paragraph 3.6, part E, the specs require that "all nails shall be hand-driven..." Can shingles be fastened pneumatically, assuming they are fastened in accordance with the rest of the spec, or must they be "hand-driven"? A1. After review, the specified requirements of Project Manual Division 07 31 30, Wood Shingle Roofing, remain unchanged as written and previously issued with the base Request for Proposals dated 06/19/2018. The response due date remains unchanged.
