PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide water sample collection services and transport samples collected by the contractor to the contractor's lab. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded based on lowest price technically acceptable.
