Opportunity: Paria Area Vault Toilet Janitorial Services

Description 

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Utah, Paria District, seeks a contractor for janitorial services of the Paria area vault toilets. The full details are in the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is being conducted under NAICS code 561720 Janitorial Services. In order to be a small business under this NAICS code a business must have $18M or less in average annual receipts in this category. This competition is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 561720. The method of source selection will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with technical capability to meet the Government requirement, and experience (based on references and any other information known to the government). Technical acceptability of contractors and offers are the sole decision of the BLM Utah. This will be a one-year contract with four option years to continue service. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
