Description 

This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm-fixed price single award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) commercial items services contract for for pasture management services, which includes site preparation mowing (for Government-performed prescribed burning), teddering and fuel break raking and mowing and grass removal at the Dean Creek Elk Viewing Area (DCEVA) located at Umpqua Resource Area, within the vicinity of Coos Bay District, Oregon district area of responsibility. The performance period is from June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2023. The performance period includes a Base and 4 options. The minimum guarantee quantity for the IDIQ, including options, is $5,000.00. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard $7.5 million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5 as applicable. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 9, 2018. All offerors are required to submit a quote using SF 1449 which shall be considered by the agency.
