BLM-CO-COSO - Colorado State Office (COSO) Relocation Services - Amendment 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement. The BLM Colorado State Office (COSO) has requirement for relocation services in Lakewood, Colorado. This project will require the contractor to furnish all services required to disassemble/move/reassemble approximately 20 (+/- 20% variance) cubicles and associated furnishings from Building 40, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood Colorado (Kipling St and 6th avenue) to the BLM State Headquarters located at 2850 Youngfield St. Lakewood CO 80215. In addition, an option of approximately 20 (+/- 20% variance) more cubicles and associated furnishings will be moved at a later date. Existing obsolete furniture must also be disassembled, transported and unloaded at the warehouse on the Federal Center to prepare the areas for the new furniture coming from Bldg 40.
