NEVADA ELKO DISTRICT OFFICE TPO ROOFING & INSULATION (CONSTRUCTION) The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement to add new Thermoplastic-Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing and Insulation over the existing standing seam roof, at the BLM Nevada Elko Field Office. The project consists of supplying and constructing/installing the following: Adding a new approximate 16,000 sq. ft TPO roof and insulation over the existing standing seam roof, Extending all equipment curbs, vent stacks and other roof mounted items as needed, Remove and replace standing seam mansard roofing and existing skylights, and other work as indicated in the contract documents that will be included in the full Solicitation package when it is released. The project is located in Elko, Nevada (Elko County). Construction Wage Rate Requirements are applicable to this project and the appropriate DBA Wage Decision(s) will be included in the solicitation. The competitive solicitation, 140L3920R0002, will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238160, Roofing Contractors and the size standard is $16.5M (per the SBA's Table of Small Business Size Standards). In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Award will be based on Best Value to the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror(s).
