WETLAND MANAGEMENT PLAN, WINTERS RANCH - BLM NEVADA The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for development of a Wetland Management Plan for partial fulfillment of water right permit obligations the BLM has under Nevada water law in order to satisfy statutory requirements for beneficial use on multiple permits on Winters Ranch in Washoe Valley, NV. See attached Statement of Work for complete specifications. Service Contract Act is applicable and the wage determination is attached NAICS: 541690 Size Standard: $15.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Total Small Business under the 541690 NAICS code for Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract. Prospective vendors shall refrain from contacting any government employees associated with this requirement to discuss this Request for Quote (RFQ) or project. Vendors, including subcontractors and partners, shall not attempt such contacts from the date of release of the RFQ through contract award. All correspondence shall be through the Contracting Officer. Contractors that make direct contact with government employees, other than the Contracting Officer, regarding this solicitation and project will not be considered for award.
