CULTURAL GIS DATA CLEAN-UP/UPDATES - ELKO BLM The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for the non-personal services for the Targeted Clean-Up of BLM Elko District cultural resource data files. Due to the sensitivity of the records, the records are not to leave the site and the services are to be performed at the Elko District Office, located in Elko, NV. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor's employees performing the services herein. See attached Statement of Work for complete specifications. Service Contract Act is applicable and the wage determination is attached. NAICS: 541990 Size Standard: $15.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Total Small Business under the 541990 NAICS code for All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price contract. The contract will require the contractor to have access to a DOI Facility and Information System therefore the contractor or contractor employees(s) must be issued a Federal Government issued Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential before being allowed unsupervised access to a DOI facility and information system.
