Opportunity: NMSO GUARD SERVICE (BASE PLUS 4 OPTION YEARS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L0318Q0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 561612 and a size standard of $20.5. The Bureau of Land Management New Mexico State Office has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for uniformed unarmed security guard services. The base year period of performance is 9/1/2018 to 8/31/2019. Option years will be awarded, if deemed to be in the best interest of the government and subject to the availability of funding, for fiscal years 2019 to 2023.
