Description 

This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Apatite and Zircon (U-Th)/He Thermochronology Analysis Services in accordance with the FedConnect posted solicitation. A copy of this combined synopsis/solicitation may be accessed at FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. The FedConnect solicitation reference number is 140G0218R0047 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of proposals contained in the solicitation and amendments as posted at FedConnect shall be adhered to. All responses must be submitted via e-mail to Don Downey, ddowney@usgs.gov.
