Opportunity: HVAC REPLACEMENT NPWRC ADMIN BLDG

Description 

The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Northern Prairie Wildlife Research Center (Administrative Building), Jamestown, ND has a requirement for replacement of all HVAC equipment. The work will also include abatement of hazardous materials, installation of new ceiling grids & tiles, lighting upgrades, and new flooring at completion of the project. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000. Proposals are being requested under Request for Proposals 140G0120R0023, which will be posted at Fedbizopps.gov and FedConnect.net on or about 06/08/2020. The offeror is responsible for monitoring the posting sites for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). A statement of work, specifications, drawings, and other project information are not available for release at this time. Site visit information will be provided in the solicitation when it is issued. Proposals will be due on or about 07/08/2020 (exact date/time to be provided in the solicitation). The NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 mil. This solicitation will be set aside for small business.
