Opportunity: WELL RECONSTRUCTION

The U. S. Geological Survey, Pennsylvania Water Science Center (PWSC) has a requirement for reconstruction of existing groundwater well to create a new USGS groundwater quality monitoring station, Project is located in McKean County Pennsylvania, at or near the following coordinates expressed in degrees, minutes, and seconds: lat 41° 38' 45.2" N, long 078° 31' 42.5" W, located in Elk State Forest, near Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania The project shall be completed within 10 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.00 Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0120Q0119 will be issued on or about 04/14/2020 with written quotes due on or about 04/24/2020. A site visit will be held. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice MUST be given to Matthew Conlon 781.901.6410 or mconlon@usgs.gov for attendees of the site visit. The date, time, and contact info for the site visit can be found in Section L in the Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 237110. The size standard is $39.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 05/04/2020.
