Opportunity: Molecular Devices AquaMax 2000 Microplate Washer (

Description 

The U.S. Geological Survey, National Fish Health Research Laboratory, Kearneysville, WV 25430, intends to purchase a Molecular Devices Aquamax 2000 (brand name or equal). The microplate washer must be able to wash 96 wells simultaneously and is needed to wash cells and ELISA plates. The instrument must also be upgradeable to accommodate 384-well plates and the washing of magnetic beads. It shall be an integral component of multiple work-flows including ELISA, immunoassays, and biochemical assays. Efficient washing is a critical component of these techniques. Quotes shall provide pricing and specifications that conform to the Salient Characteristics in Section B.2. The requested delivery date is within 30 days from the date the Contractor receives the purchase order. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. Refer to Section E.4. for Evaluation Factors: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quote submissions are due on or before 07/10/2018. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334516 and size standard is 1000 employees. The anticipated award date of the contract is by 07/19/2018. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government.
