IGF::OT::IGF CONSTRUCT/REHAB WELLS AT BACA NWR The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 6, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to construct/rehabilitate two wells at Baca National Wildlife Refuge; located approximately 48 miles northeast of Alamosa, Colorado. This procurement action is being solicited as a Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction; with a size standard of $ 36.5 million. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000; with the anticipated price being at the low end of the range. The performance period is 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. The Notice to Proceed date will be negotiated. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36, "Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts" and FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation". This work involves constructing/rehabilitating two wells as defined in the Statement of Work. Detailed requirements and/or specifications are listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror providing the best value to the government, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation. Solicitation package number 140F0618R0002 includes the Solicitation Form (SF1442), Statement of Work and other attachments as required.
