Description 

This solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Region 1 Contracting and General Service at 911 NE 11th Ave. Portland, OR 97232 is issuing a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed price non-commercial items construction contract for Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Boundary Fence Project located at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Princeton, Oregon. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $15,000,000. The basis of the award will be the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with FAR provision 52.217-5. Award is expected to be made within 30 days of the proposal due date. The performance period of the resulting contract will be from issuance of the Notice to Proceed until 445 days after the Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. To be considered for award, interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at (https://www.sam.gov) by the time an award decision is necessary.
