This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 140D0418Q0106 and is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 dated 11-06-2017. This is being solicited as full and open under NAICS 511120 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is being solicited using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, no relative importance is required to be disclosed. See Attachment 1. If so, the offeror must state so in their quote.
