Opportunity: SIGN REPLACEMENT PROJECT

PROJECT TITLE: SIGN REPLACEMENT PROJECT AMENDMENT #1 (ONE)CLARIFIES THE LOOK OF THE SIGN, TYPE OF POSTS AND OOST HOLE DIAMETERS. DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and incidentals to remove and replace 34 existing exterior signs throughout campus at Haskell Indian Nations University. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work, contract terms and conditions and the Construction Wage Rate Requirements. PROJECT LOCATION: Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU), Lawrence, KS 66046. DATES: Bid Opening is set for August 17, 2018 at 3:00pm. The Government anticipates the award to be made by September 1, 2018, with 60 days to complete all work after Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. The NTP will be issued after the background security clearance has been issued and after Bonding has been received. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is between $25,000 - $100,000 SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is being set aside as a Total Small Business Set-aside. Contractor must be certified in SAM as a small business concern at the time the offer is submitted and must represent to the contracting officer that it is a Small Business concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurement. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $15mil. Due to the issues with SAM, if you are not registered in SAM at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code, your bid will not be considered. SITE VISIT: No formal site visit is scheduled, but contractor's are encouraged to visit the site to evaluate the site to develop an accurate estimate for bidding.
