Amendment 0001 - Extends the Due Date for Quotes to Tuesday, 8/15/2017. Time remains unchanged. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for KV1A Load Tap Changer Inspection and Maintenance/Repair Services, on a 1976 McGraw Edison Type 396B Load Tap Changer, located at the Weld Substation in Greeley, Colorado. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this requirement. This solicitation (Request for Quotes) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310; Size Standard is $7.5M. See attached RFQ Letter and other RFQ documents attached hereto and incorporated herein. ***Note- Important instructions/information is contained in Provision WES-L-2004 Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items.
