Description 

Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for AFL Brand Name or Equal Equipment and Hardware. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this requirement. This solicitation (Request for Quotes) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 3335999; Size Standard is 500 employees or less. Quotes are due by 8:00 am CST, Thursday, 7/13/2017, and should be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Michael Lowe at mlowe@wapa.gov. Include specifications for your quote if you are quoting an or equal product. If specifications are not included with your quote for or equal products your quote will not be considered for award. Quote all items FOB Destination to the delivery address stated on the SF 1449. Include your DUNS number on your quote. Ensure you provide a total cost, in addition to line item pricing, on your quote.
