NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - EE NEWS The United States Department of Energy (“DOE”), Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (“ARPA-E”) intends to award a sole-source Purchase Order to Environment & Energy Publishing, LLC (“E&E News”). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B)-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
