The major elements of scope of the Portsmouth ISS contract include, but are not limited to: Telecommunications; Surveillance and Maintenance of Facilities; Custodial Services; Grounds Maintenance, Snow Removal, and Pest Control; Roadway Parking and Lot Maintenance; Fleet Management; Real Property Management; Records Management and Document Control; Engineering; Training Services; Mail Services; Pollution Prevention, and Other Activities and Support to DOE. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) manages this scope under the EM Program.
